Rapunzel

I love Tangled, I love Rapunzel and I love her dress.  When I first started cosplaying, and then actually thinking about it as a legitimate hobby with research and planning and SO... MUCH... FUN, I knew I had to make Rapunzel.

I am quite excited about making the wig (will be doing the hairstyle with all the flowers) just as much as the dress itself.

Also, bonus, no shoes ;)

Winter Queen

This is a cross-stitch project.  I have had this pattern for over half my life (I know right?!)

It is a beautiful pattern from Mirabilia with beading and some pretty silver thread accents as well as some fluffy bits!

I am finally getting closer to the end than the beginning and really think I'll end up getting it framed and put in on the wall in my first proper house.

Astrid (How to Train Your Dragon 2)

Another cosplay plan! I fell in love with How to Train Your Dragon after the first watch and have since 'accidentally' bought the blu ray.

I love Astrid but much prefer her outfit from HTTYD2, and it works well with the sequel being out in 2014.

I just need to get on with it so it's ready for the next convention!
